London Off the Beaten Path
Having lived in London and even worked in both a pub and tearoom in Soho, I love to steer my clients beyond just the usual (stuffy) tourist areas and really enjoy the heart and soul of the one of the world's great cities. Some of my favorite London neighborhoods include:
Shoreditch: Walk around on a Saturday and enjoy the food trucks (try salt pork bagels!), street performances, vintage shops and of course the legendary Brick Lane.
Islington: This is a a quiet & beautiful upscale yet relaxed area of art and theaters. Go there and then head to Camden Town and check out the eclectic side of London, where your favorite rock stars were discovered! (Amy Winehouse). The Roundhouse, Blues Kitchen, and Electric Ballroom are all apart of Camden’s rich music history. It is also home to the world famous Camden Market and Stable Market. They have everything you can imagine for sale, and the food stalls are just wow! You can find food from all over the world, they even have alligator!
Hempstead Heath: A great place to get away from the bustle of London. Enjoy walking around the cute streets and take a swim in their pool!
I can provide my clients with exclusive VIP amenities at all of Lodnon's finest hotels, including: Bulgari; Cafe Royal (experience their High Tea!); The Edition (great lobby bar scene); and the Ace Hotel.
